Terms of membership

These terms govern your use of this website and your enquiry about membership of The Garage, operated by The Garage Members Club LLC (“we”, “us”). They are a plain summary of how the service works; the full contractual terms of membership are set out in the member agreement provided before you join.

1. What The Garage is

The Garage is a vehicle subscription service — a rotation, not a rental or a purchase. A monthly membership provides access to a fleet of vehicles, delivered and collected, with insurance, servicing, and detailing arranged by us. You do not buy, finance, or lease any specific vehicle.

2. Enquiries and invitations

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for information, not a contract. It places you under no obligation and commits us to nothing beyond a personal reply. Membership begins only when you and we sign a member agreement.

3. Eligibility

• You must hold a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license for the vehicles you drive.
• You must meet the insurer’s eligibility and named-driver requirements.
• You must be resident within, or able to accept delivery within, our delivery area.

4. Membership, swaps, and cancellation

Membership runs month to month after an initial three-month term. Swap frequency depends on your tier. You may cancel with notice before your next billing date; your membership ends at the close of the paid month and we collect the current vehicle from your address. There is no exit fee.

5. Use of vehicles

Vehicles must be used lawfully and within the terms of the applicable insurance and member agreement, including any mileage allowance and driver restrictions. You are responsible for fines, tolls, and charges incurred while a vehicle is in your care.

6. Website content

The cars shown on this site are illustrative archetypes, and prices are our current terms — see the Disclaimer. We may update the site, the fleet, and our terms; the version that applies to you is the one in your member agreement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, this website is provided “as is” for information, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of illustrative content.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction.
