This notice explains what The Garage Members Club LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and how we handle it. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us: your name, email, city, tier of interest, and any note you add.
• Nothing automatic. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies. We don’t build a profile of your visit.

How the form works

The enquiry form opens your own email client with the details filled in and sends them to us by email. We only receive what you choose to send.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to join, to arrange your membership. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, to set up membership — then we delete it, unless we’re required to retain it by law.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, U.S. state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA and comparable statutes in other states) may give you the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or correct it, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it — which we do not do.
