Questions
The fine print, in plain words
Insurance, mileage, damage, delivery, term, and cancellation — the
things worth knowing before you ask for an invitation.
Do I choose the exact car each month? +
No. You pick the class; we pick the car, and you find out when it’s delivered. That’s the point of the membership — a curated surprise each month, drawn from the pool your tier opens, rather than a catalog to shop from. If a class isn’t to your taste you can change tier, and you can always ask for a swap once a car has arrived.
How does the insurance and excess work? +
Every car in the rotation is covered by fully comprehensive insurance arranged under your membership — you don’t buy a separate policy per car. A standard excess applies per claim, and the figure, along with named-driver rules and eligibility, is set out plainly in your member agreement before you join.
Is there a mileage allowance? +
Yes. Each tier includes a monthly mileage allowance — 800 miles on Backroad, 1,400 on Coastline, 2,200 on Apex. If you go over, additional miles are billed at a flat per-mile rate shown in your agreement. Unused miles don’t roll over, and there are no penalties beyond the per-mile rate.
What happens if a car is damaged? +
Report it and we handle the repair through the membership. Insured incidents are covered subject to the excess; anything outside normal wear is assessed against a documented handover condition report taken at delivery. We don’t invent charges — you see the condition record for every car you take.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost? +
Doorstep delivery and collection are included within our delivery radius. At launch that is a 60-mile reach from downtown Miami; deliveries beyond it are arranged case by case with the membership desk. You choose the delivery window when you request each car.
Is there a minimum term? +
Membership runs month to month after an initial three-month term. There’s no multi-year lock-in and no balloon payment — you’re subscribing to the rotation, not financing a car.
How does cancelling work? +
Give us notice before your next billing date and your membership ends at the end of the paid month. We collect the current car from your door — cancel anytime, and we’ll come get it. No exit fee, no clawback on the months you’ve enjoyed.
What does “swap when you’re bored” actually mean? +
When you want a different car, you ask the desk for a swap. On Backroad that’s one planned swap a month; on Coastline and Apex you can swap whenever you like, subject to what’s in the fleet and a delivery window. We bring the next car and take the last one in one visit.
What do the cars in the rotation calendar represent? +
Each month shows a different illustrative archetype — the kind of car that slot tends to bring, drawn with its own silhouette and color so no two months look alike. They are not a live inventory list, which is why each one carries an “illustrative — the fleet rotates” note. Your tier determines which pool the real, surprise car is drawn from each month; the exact car is still a surprise on delivery.
